Everyone who has grown up in India, be it if they are from Ladakh or Kanyakumari, has had Maggi as a snack. No one is ever too old to enjoy Maggi. And I know for a fact everyone can make it on their own even if they can’t cook anything else. Everyone has had an assignment that they had to submit the next day or has had a sleepless night where they made themselves a nice hot serving of Maggi to go along with their midnight struggles.
And if you've grown up eating Maggi you've obviously experimented with it and everyone has their own way of enjoying this timeless delicacy. Indulging in it occasionally just feels so good. It's not the best thing in the world to eat - I admit but it's like that second slice of chocolate cake that you know you can't resist.
And I wanted to share the way I love making this heaven-sent delicacy. Well, this is my way of making it, but you can modify it as you like, you can add an egg in between if you want to or you can add some veggies or chicken if you feel like adding them but here goes my way-
“ Maggi, the ultimate convenience food. ”
All you need for this is cheese, butter, chilli flakes (for the kick), chilli powder, a few olives and a Maggi packet.
