Due to the pandemic, we all are homebound. This lockdown has given us plenty of reasons to be anxious and worried. People all over the world have faced many problems and they still do. Students are spending most of their time in online classes. Many children and young adults have likely experienced loneliness and been affected by lack of physical presence with their friends, as the ongoing pandemic was a lot for them to process. It became so stressful as they had nothing to do.
I’m no exception. So, to tackle all these, I thought of making a hobby that helps me feel relaxed and stress-free. I made watching a cartoon show “SHINCHAN” my hobby. This may seem weird, but it’s true. I thought this is the best way to relieve yourself. This favorite childhood cartoon of mine made me relive my childhood, as it brought back so many memories for me. Yes, Shinchan Nohara is a 5-year old mischievous boy and yet acts overly mature at times when needed, can make everyone laugh with his words. He is brutally honest, highly curious and a kid who always creates trouble with everything that he does, and of course, he is undoubtedly the best entertainer. After a tough day, watching this show is like a stress buster.
Earlier, this show has had a greater impact on the public due to which it was banned in India. But, later it started back after the censor board re-examined it and made it a kid-friendly cartoon. Instead of searching for cons, go through its positive side.
The show makes you laugh until you are physically in pain.
Few qualities of SHINCHAN can be your life lessons:
Enjoys life to the fullest:
He absolutely thinks about the present. He doesn’t worry
about what may happen in the future or what happened in the past.
All he knows is to live a happy life in the present.
Care for family and friends:
Despite being naughty, he supports his family and friends no matter
what the situation is. He also takes care of and loves his pet so
unconditionally like his own family member.
Express yourself: Many people fear to express themselves which can be very dangerous in some situations. But Shinchan never fails at this. He never hides his emotions, and he feels free to express himself and bold enough to tackle any situation. The strange thing and most unbelievable thing about SHINCHAN is that this show is a real-life story! Yes, it’s true. Shinchan in real life, died in a car accident to save his sister, at a young age when he was only 5-year old. After his death, his mother started sketching her son. A young Nohara and his mischief returned like flashes of memory for a mourning mother who crayoned her dead child into sketches. Later this has inspired the famous writer “Yoshito Usui”, he was awestruck by the intensity of the despair and the hope these sketches reflected. The world immediately caught on to this story that soon grew to be a greater phenomenon. Therefore, this show is inspiring to some extent but I can surely promise that it is hysterical. It is a stress buster and makes our mood happier and wholesome
